ShaderGraph selection pass ignores alpha clipping
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. In the Hierarchy window, select Plane (built-in) (1) and observe the selection outline in the Scene view
Expected result: selection outline follows the cutout pattern
Actual result: selection outline goes around the entire object
Reproducible with: 7.5.3 (2019.4.22f1), 10.4.0 (2020.3.1f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.0f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a10)
Could not test with: 2018.4.32f1 (could not downgrade)
Notes: When trying to select the object which is behind the object with alpha clipping, it is selected only when clicked twice
