[ShaderGraph] Redo Collapse Nodes action does not fully collapse the Nodes
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the attached project
- Open the New Shader Graph asset
- Collapse the Ports of the Add node
- Undo the Port Collapse action
- Redo the Port Collapse action
Actual results: Collapsed Node is left with a single open Port
Expected results: Using the Redo Collapse Nodes action fully collapses the nodes
Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.1f1, 6000.2.0a10
Tested on (OS): macOS 15.4.1, Ubuntu 24.04
