[Shadergraph] Objects that use Shadergraph materials have missing selection wireframe gizmos
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("ShaderGraphNoWireframe.zip")
2. Open the "TestScene"
3. In the Hierarchy, click on the "Plane_Wireframe" object and observe that the selection wireframe is working without issues
4. Click on the "Plane_NoWireframe" which uses a material with the Shadergraph shader
5. Observe the lack of selection wireframe
Expected result: both objects have a visible selection wireframe
Actual result: objects that use shaders made with Shadergraph don't have any selection wireframes
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.1.8f1 (With Shadergraph version: 6.7.1; 6.5.3; 5.16.1; 5.7.2)
Not reproducible in: 2018.4.3f1 (With Shadergraph version: 4.1.0)
Note: reproduces both with HDRP and LWRP (update: only HDRP with current trunk & srp master)
