[ShaderGraph] Global illumination emission field is decoupled from the emission color picker in the Inspector
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project or open an existing one
2. Create a new Shader Graph by selecting Create > Shader Graph > URP > Lit Shader Graph
3. Assign a newly created shader to a material
4. Select the material
5. Notice how in the material inspector window, Global Illumination Emission field is not coupled to an Emission color picker
Notes:
- Only reproduces in URP
- Does not reproduce with empty shader graphs
- Reproduces both when using Lit shader graphs, and when using custom emission properties

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
The URP Lit SubTarget does not create its shader graphs with an emission color property by default. Adding one yields the intended material editor behavior.
