Premultiply alpha is calculated incorrectly in LWRP Shader Graphs
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Inspect in the scene view the "Cube" GameObject
Expected: Cube color is white
Actual: Cube color is transparent
Reproducible with: 2018.3.8f1, 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a8
