Shader Graph node title does not fit correctly when resizing the node
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ShaderGraph.zip"
2. Open "New Shader Graph" in the Assets folder
3. Decrease the size horizontally of any node that has a title in it (e.g. Blackboard)
Expected result: the title doesn't stick out when the node is smaller than the title
Actual result: the title sticks out if the node is smaller than the title
Reproducible with: 11.0.0 (2021.2.0a3), 12.1.1 (2021.2.4f1), 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a16)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.33f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.23f1)
Notes:
- Only the title of the node sticks out and only one letter at a time
