[Shader Graph] Ports are stretched and shifted to the center of the node when region format is set to Turkish
How to reproduce:
1. Change region format to Turkish (Navigate Start > Control Panel > Language and Region > Change date, time, or number formats > Format: Turkish > Apply)
2. Create a new project
3. Install Shader Graph package
4. Create a new PBR Graph and open it
Expected result: Ports are shifted to the center of the node and stretched
Actual result: Ports are circular and positioned on the left side of the node
Reproducible with: 2018.4.21f1(4.0.1), 2019.3.11f1(7.3.1), 2020.1.0b7(8.0.1, preview.13 - 9.0.0), 2020.2.0a7(8.0.1)
Could not test: 2017.4.38f1(Package Manager is not introduced
Notes:

- Reproducible with Azerbaijan, Turkish region formats; Not reproducible with Albanian, Armenian, Syrian, Bosnian region formats
