Shader Graph Create Node window cannot be resized or moved after maximizing and reopening it
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create > Shader Graph (any Shader Graph)
3. Double click on the Shader Graph Asset to open Shader Graph window
4. Left-click in the Shader Graph window and click “Create Node” option
5. Resize Create Node window to fit the whole screen
6. Close Create Node window and reopen it again
7. Try to resize or move the Create Node window
Actual result: Resize icon disappears and the "Create Node" window can no longer be resized or moved
Expected result: Create Node window can be resized and moved
Reproducible with: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.2f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
Reproduced on: macOS Tahoe 26.1 (M4)
Note: Create Node option sometimes doesn’t open Create Node window when it gets closed without creating any Node
