Settings in the Lighting Settings window are not automatically updated when changed via editor script
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (LightmapParameters)
2. Open the Lighting Settings window
3. In the Mixed Lighting section set 'Baked Global Illumination' to 'True' and 'Lighting Mode' to 'Baked Indirect'
4. From the menu bar select GlobalIllumination/ChangeBakedGlandMixed
5. See the Mixed Lighting section in the Lighting Settings window
Expected result: the changes are automatically updated
Actual result: the changes are not updated until a script recompilation occurs or the Lighting Settings window is closed or reopened
Reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.19f1, 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a19
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1(some Mixed Lighting scripting functions different/not yet implemented)
Notes:
Newer Unity versions refresh the Lighting Settings window inconsistently upon hovering the mouse cursor over the Lighting Settings window or sometimes when leaving the window
