Setting Dropdown.value doesn't change its value when its done between calls to ClearOptions() and AddOptions()
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Select any option in the dropdown
4. Click button "Reset"
5. Observe the value in the dropdown
Expected: The value in the dropdown is set to 1
Actual: The index value of the dropdown is set to whatever index was selected before
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4p1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.4f1, 2018.2.0b7, 2018.3.0a1
Notes: Setting Dropdown.value before ClearOptions() or after AddOptions() works.
