Setting a default layer state in a sub-state machine doesn't make the Entry point to that state
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (ANIMATOR SUB-STATEMACHINE DEFAULT LAYER.zip)
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Select the Default Avatar object and in the Animator window, open the New StateMachince sub state
4. Observe that Entry points to the Forward state even though Backward state is the default one
Expected: the Entry state point to the default state
Reproduced in 2017.2.2p4, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.2f2, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0b3, 2018.3.0a1
