Selection.activeObject is null during OnEnable when entering Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "SelectionNull.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "Main Camera" GameObject
3. In Editor menu, open Tools/MyEditorWindow
4. Enter play mode
5. In Console window, observe output
Expected result: Selection.activeObject returns a valid selection during EditorWindow.OnEnable
Actual result: Selection.activeObject returns null
Reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1, 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0a26, 2020.2.0a1
