ScrollView.mouseWheelScrollSize requires substantially more ticks in Play Mode than in UI Builder Preview Mode when using the Mouse Scroll Wheel
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ScrollViewScrollWheelSpeedInUnity” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. In the Project window open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleSceneUi.uxml” Asset
4. In the UI Builder window and enter Preview Mode
5. Scroll to the very bottom and observe the ScrollView
6. Exit Preview Mode and enter Play Mode
7. Repeat step 5
Expected result: ScrollView behaves the same way as in Preview Mode
Actual result: ScrollView requires 10 times more ticks to scroll to the bottom of the ScrollView
Reproduced with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.3.0b4
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS 14.2.1 (Intel)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
1. Reproducible in the Player
2. In 2023.2 and 2023.3. the amount of ticks required to reach the bottom of the ScrollView is 100 times more
