[scripting, patch] Boo.Lang reference missing from generated csproj
Reproduction steps:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Download the repository and add to Assets
3. Re-import the assets
4. Open script with Visual Studio
Expected: no error should appear in Visual Studio
Actual: error appears in Visual Studio
Reproduced on: 5.6.5p1; 2017.1.3f1; 2017.2.1p2; 2017.3.0p4
Not reproduced on: 2018.1.0b5; 2018.2.0a1
Note: error - The type or namespace name 'Boo' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
