[Scripting Graph] Lock icon button doesn't affect Script Graph
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Click on the "New Script Graph" in the Project window
3. In the Inspector window click Edit Graph button
4. In the opened Script Graph window click on the Lock button
5. Try to move the "On Start" node
Expected result: The node is not movable
Actual result: The Node is movable
Reproducible with: 1.7.3 (2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a12)
Could not test with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1 (Visual Scripting is not introduced yet)

Resolution Note:
This button is not meant to prevent graph editing but it locks the graph editor to the current selected graph. So if you select a GameObject_A with a graph, click the lock button and then select another GameObject_B containing another graph the GameObject_A's graph will still be displayed in the graph inspector.
