NullReferenceException is thrown when trying to access volumeStack from the HDCamera class
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-99961” project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene” Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors appear in the Console window
Actual result: “NullReferenceException” error appears in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a9, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.2f1, 6000.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.61f1, 2023.2.0a8
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
