Script debugging causes iOS build to fail on Windows with Mono2x.
Cross compilation job Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll failed is the error message user will get while trying to build for iOS on windows machine while having script debugging enabled
Reproduction steps:
1) Download user attached project
2) Try to build it for iOS on WINDOWS machine.
Notice that build will fail with errors coming up in console.

Note: It seems like issue is reproducible when using Mono2X backend, but user reported that XCode will fail with error ""It seems like issue is reproducible when using Mono2X backend, but us"" while deploying.
Note2: It also looks like that issue is not reproducible when standard assets image effects scripts are not within the project.
