screen selector: just switching the windowed option doesn't switch it
-e: when you just change the windowed option from the previous run of the app it doesn't change
-repro:
--build angry bots for linux
--run it and select windowed mode
--see it run windowed
--restart angry bots
--unselect windowed
--NOTICE it runs windowed
--restart angry bots
--unselect windowed and at the same time change resolution
--NOTICE it changed to fullscreen now
