Screen.currentResolution is not updated when the monitor's resolution changes
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (wrongResolution.zip)
2. Open the "scene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Notice the resolution in the Game view
5. Change the monitor's resolution to some other resolution via Display Settings (for example 1280x720)
6. Go back to the Editor
7. Notice that the resolution did not change in the Game view
Expected: Screen.currentResolution is updated when the monitor's resolution changes
Reproduced in 5.4.5p4, 5.5.4p2, 5.6.0p2, 5.6.3f1
Did not reproduce in 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0p4, 2017.2.0b8, 2017.3.0a4
Not reproducible since 2017.1.0b1
