Screen dimensions don't match when monitor display scale is set to 125%
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings > System > Display and change Scale and layout to 125%
2. Open the user’s attached project
3. In the Game view enable Stats
4. Select or create an aspect ratio that would produce uneven screen dimensions in the Statistics window (e.g. Screen: 651x367)
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Observe the Console window
Expected result: Screen dimensions that are printed to the console match the dimensions in the Statistics window
Actual result: Screen dimensions are off by 1
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 10
