Screen API breaks when setting resolution below 1280x720 in an exclusive fullscreen Player on a specific monitor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Build and Run
4. Press the Button with the text “Exclusive FullScreen Smallest Resolution“
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: Text “Main window display info:“ presents monitor information
Actual result: “Main window display info” logs "0 x 0 @ NaNHz (workArea: (x: 0, y:0, width: 0, height: 0))”
Reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.44f1, 6000.0.17f1
