[Onboarding] Scenes that render quickly stutter in standalone builds using a lowered fixed timestep
Steps to reproduce :
- import the project attacehd
- open the scene and press play
- look in the profiler and notice that WaitForTargetFPS is consistently dominant
- build a win x86 standalone build with autoconnect profiler
- play the build and use Fantastic quality
- switch to Unity and notice the game does not properly sync to the vblank every frame
