Regression
Yes
SceneAsset references go missing when upgrading a project from 2018.3 and earlier to 2019.1 or 2019.2
How to reproduce:
1. Download the user-submitted project (BugReport_MissingSceneAsset)
2. Open the project in 2018.3 and see that the Element 0 property in 'TestAsset' references 'Scene'
3. Open the project in 2019.1.0b1 or 2019.2.0a3
4. Inspect TestAsset
Expected result: Element 0 still references 'Scene'
Actual result: Scene Asset reference is missing
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.0b1, 2019.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a9
Notes:
Tested with projects, created with 2017.4 and 2018.3
