Scene view superimposes onto camera view when using Ray Traced Global Illumination
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new HDRP project and enable DXR (or download 1191499_repro.zip)
2. Add Global Illumination Volume
3. Enter play mode
Actual results: Scene view superimposes onto camera view when using Ray Traced Global Illumination. Scenes Global Illumination is overlayed over Game view and vice versa.
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a14 (7.1.1, 7.1.5), 2019.3.0b12 (7.1.5)
