Scene view shows 3D view when 2D view is selected and the "Control the selected camera in first person" option in the Overlay menu is untoggled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Code Monkey Tutorial.zip” project
2. Open the “GameScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes)
3. Press ` to open the Overlays menu in the Scene view
4. In the Overlays menu, enable the Cameras overlay
5. Select the "Control the selected camera in first person" toggle in the Overlay menu
6. Select the "Return to Scene Camera" toggle in the Overlay menu
7. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The Scene view remains in 2D view, with only XY axes visible
Actual result: The Scene view appears to be shown in 3D view and Z axis is visible
Reproducible with: 6000.0.17f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.43f1 (The Overlay menu option is not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
