Scene View is flickering when Game View and Scene View are opened simultaneously and the Color Space is set to Gamma
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “Settings”
2. Arrange the layout so the Game View and the Scene View are displayed simultaneously
3. Hover on the Scene View
Expected result: There are no visual glitches
Actual result: The Scene View is flickering black every time you hover on it
Reproducible with: 2021.3.11f1, 2021.3.29f1, 2022.1.0b1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
