Scene depends on multiple lightmaps
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build bundles (Test->Buildbundles )
3. Open level1.unity.bundle.manifest (...\Assets\StreamingAssets\bundles\level\level1.unity.bundle.manifest)
Actual: Notice that scene depends on multiple lightmaps
Expected: Scene should only depend on one lightmap
Reproducible: 5.5.2f1, 5.6.0b9, 2017.1.0a1
