ScalableBufferManager does not work correctly when MSAA and RenderGraph Compatability are enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “RGResolution.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Open the Project Settings > Graphics
4. Enable the “Compatability Mode (Render Graph Disabled)“ checkbox at the bottom of the Project Settings
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Move the Slider to the left
7. Observe the Game view
Expected results: The resolution gets smaller and visually the Game view comes closer to the bottom-left corner
Actual results: The resolution gets smaller in terms of quality drop (the view becomes pixelated), but the Game view does not compensate for the quality loss by scaling toward the bottom-left corner
Reproducible in: 6000.0.40f1, 6000.1.0b7, 6000.2.0a5
Could not test in: 2022.3.58f1 (RenderGraph does not exist)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
