SafeArea differs when launched in landscape mode compared to runtime rotation to landscape mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "TestSafeArea.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Rotate to landscape mode and observe the "Safe area rect" output
4. Close and re-open the application in landscape mode
5. Observe the "Safe area rect" output
Expected result: "Safe area rect" outputs do not differ
Actual result: "Safe area rect" outputs differ
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
Reproduced with: iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 15.1.1), iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1)
