Rule Tile corrupts when upgrading versions
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “rule_tile_issue” project
2. Select “RuleTile_Wall_Wood” in Assets/RuleTile and observe the Inspector window
Expected result: Shows Rule Tile properties
Actual result: Shows only script property
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b10, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a11, 2023.1.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a10, 2023.1.0a17, 2023.1.0a20
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.2 (Intel)

Resolution Note:
Hi, this has been fixed in 2022.2.0b16. However, this will not fix the assets that have been corrupted which have been upgraded to a prior 2022.2 beta before 16.
