Rigidbody with 0.1 mass and (0, 0, 0) velocity sometimes ignores Gravity
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file and open "main2" Scene
2. Enter Play mode (AD to drive the forklift, and WS to move the lift thing)
3. Put box on forklift, then remove the platform by dragging it on the x-axis, without moving on any other axis
Actual result: When a Rigidbody with 0.1 units mass comes to (0, 0, 0) velocity, gravity did not act on the object anymore. It started acting again when the object was affected in some way, like it being toughed by another object.
Reproduced with: 2017.2.2f1, 2017.3.1p3, 2018.1.0b9, 2018.2.0a2
