The Mesh of a sleeping Child Gameobject gets separated when the Parent Gameobject starts rotating
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. Enable Collision Geometry in Physics Debug window
4. Play the scene
Expected result: Child Rigidbody and its Mesh stay at the same position
Actual result: Child Rigidbody stays in place, but its Mesh starts rotating with the Parent
Reproducible with: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.3.1f1, 2018.1.0b6
Not reproducible with: 5.6.5p1, 2017.3p1, 2017.2.0a3
Regression started in: 2017.2.0a4
