Rigidbody supported collision messages override Collider messages when using the Collider.providesContacts property
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Open the Console window
Expected result: Pair2 and Pair1 Colliders produce the same amount of messages
Actual result: Pair2 produces 14+ messages and Pair1 produces only 1 message
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b14, 2023.1.0a18
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.22f1 (Error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'ContactPairHeader')
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel)
