Renders "Add" button has no OnHover action
How to reproduce:
1. Import the attached "Hand_Drawn_Vines_001" Asset into Unity
2. Drag the Asset into the scene
3. Select the SpeedTree in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector, navigate to the LOD Group -> Renderers
5. Hover on the "Add" button
Expected results: There is an OnHover action
Actual results: There is no OnHover action
Reproducible with: 6000.0.21f1
Can't test with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.48f1 (No such button)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
