Rendering Debugger and Frame Debugger windows' size jumps when resizing it after undocking
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Rendering Debugger
3. Dock the Rendering Debugger into the Inspector tab group
4. Undock the Rendring Debugger
5. Change the width of the window and observe the results
Expected results: The window size is smoothly changing
Actual results: Window width suddenly jumps
Reproducible with: 6000.0.61f1, 6000.2.11f1, 6000.3.0b10, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1
Reroducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
