Removing 5th Terrain Layer then Undo'ing that action will create unexpected visual results
1. Create a Terrain Object
2. Add 5 layers to the object
3. Paint all 5 layers onto the Terrain
4. Remove the 5th layer from the Terrain Object
5. Hit Ctrl-Z to Undo that action
Actual Results: Terrain object has some strange visual issue appear on it and the layer isn't re-added
Expected Results: Undo would re-add the layer with no visual issues
