Presets can't be deleted in Presets Manager until specific preset is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Edit -> Project Settings -> Preset Manager
3. Select Add Default Preset -> Importer -> Audio Importer
Expected result: Remove button is enabled and preset is selected when Add button is clicked
Actual result: Remove button is disabled and preset is not selected when Add button is clicked
Reproducible with: 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.10f1, 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a9
Could not test: 2017.4.33f1 Preset Manager is not introduced
