[RemoteConfig] Placeholder message gets superimposed on added setting when settings are pulled
Placeholder message in settings in remote config window gets superimposed on any unsaved setting. User should be intimated about any unsaved setting and only the placeholder message should be displayed. Refer the attached video
Steps to repro:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package manager > Install Remote Config
3) Click on Add setting > Setting gets added
4) Pull settings
Actual result: Placeholder message gets superimposed on added setting
Expected result: User should be intimated about any unsaved setting and only the placeholder message should be displayed
Occurring on Unity version: 2020.2.0a2, 2020.1.0b1, 2019.3.4f1, 2019.2.11f1
Occurring on RemoteConfig Package version: 1.0.9, 1.0.8
Working fine on RemoteConfig Package version: 1.0.6
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
