[Regression] Spherical Harmonics calculated wrongly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user provided project
2. Open scene 'Test'
3. Inspect the Sphere
Expected behaviour: Sphere colored by the Skybox Environment Lighting (Gradient)
Actual behaviour: Sphere is black
