[Regression]NullReferenceException in UnityEditor.Scripting.ScriptCompilation after importing Standard Assets Characters package
Steps to repro:
1. Open Unity;
2. Create new project;
3. Import attached package.
OR
1. Open Unity;
2. Create new project;
3. In the Assets tab select Import package -> Characters.
Expected result:
Package is imported without errors.
Actual result:
Error:
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
UnityEditor.Scripting.ScriptCompilation.EditorBuildRules.GetAllScriptAssemblies (IEnumerable`1 allSourceFiles, System.String projectDirectory, BuildFlags buildFlags, UnityEditor.Scripting.ScriptCompilation.ScriptAssemblySettings settings, UnityEditor.Scripting.ScriptCompilation.CompilationAssemblies assemblies) (at C:/buildslave/unity/build/Editor/Mono/Scripting/ScriptCompilation/EditorBuildRules.cs:180)
is thrown to the console.

Regression introduced in Unity 2017.1.a3.
Notes:
- Reproducible in 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0a3;
- Not reproducible in 2017.1.0a2, 5.6.0p1, 5.6.0f3, 5.5.2p1;
- Reproducible on both OSX 10.12.3 and Windows 10;
- The bug reproduces under both .NET 3.5 and 4.6 scripting runtime versions.
