ReflectionTypeLoadException is thrown when trying to get asembly types
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user attached project named "TestProject.zip"
2. Click Play
3. Observe the console window
Expected result: No exceptions are thrown
Actual result: ReflectionTypeLoadException is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.3.7f1, 2018.3.11f1, 2019.1.0b9
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.24f1, 2018.3.6f1, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.0a10

The bug is no longer reproducible with 2019.2 versions
