Reflection Probes do not blend correctly when using 3 overlapping Reflection Probes
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open "Assets/BugTest" Scene
3. Select "TestSphere" GameObject from the Hierarchy
4. Move the GameObject along the Z axis
5. Observe the color blending
Expected result: GameObject color gradually changes from green to blue
Actual result: GameObject color starts gradually changing and then quickly changes to full blue color
Reproducible with: 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b2
Could not test with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.26f1 (Reflection Probes do not work as expected after downgrading)

Resolution Note (2022.2.X):
Unfortunately, this behavior is by design. The reflection probe blending code in the legacy pipeline (and currently URP as well) was written specifically with only 2 probes in mind. There aren't any plans to change that behavior for the legacy pipeline. Our best suggestion is to author your scenes in such a way that you don't have more than 2 overlapping probes in any given area. If this is blocking you, we suggest looking into HDRP, which has a more advanced reflection system that allows for blending multiple probes.
