"redefinition of '_Cutoff'" is thrown when selecting GameObject with URP/Particles/SimpleLit Material and Alpha Clipping enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the "MaterialAlphaClipping" Scene
3. Select the "Cube" GameObject
4. Observe the Console log
Expected result: No errors are thrown in the Console log
Actual result: "Shader error in 'Universal Render Pipeline/Particles/Simple Lit': redefinition of '_Cutoff'" is thrown in the Console log
Reproducible with: 10.0.0-preview.26 (2020.2.0b5) 10.2.2 (2020.2.3f1)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.2 (2019.4.19f1), 9.0.0-preview.72 (2020.2.0b5), 11.0.0 (2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3)
