Rectangle of Safe Area covers not all Safe Area of the screen or covers the area outside Safe Area on some devices in the Device Simulator window

-

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “Rectangle.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes > SampleScene)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Open the “Device Simulator” window
5. Select the “Apple iPad Air 2” simulator, press the “Safe Area” button, and rotate the device
6. Observe the Safe Area rectangle and the Console window

Expected result: Safe Area rectangle covers all of the Safe Area, and the Safe Area stays the same (2048x1536) or (1536x2048)
Actual result: Safe Area rectangle is not covering all of the Safe Area and Safe Area changes (1536x2048) and (1536x2008) or (2048x1536) and (2048x1496) depending on the rotation of the device

Reproducible with: 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2020.3.46f1 (Errors after installing Device Simulator)

Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)

iOS devices in the Simulator in which the Safe Area rectangle is not covering all of the Safe Area
Apple iPad Air (4th generation)
Apple iPad Air 2

Note: Not reproducible in the player on Apple iPad Air 2 device when printing Safe Area with “Screen.safeArea” because it logs the same area (2048x1536) or (1536x2048)

Pixel 4
Pixel 5
Huawei P40 Pro
OnePlus 6T
OnePlus 7 Pro
Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G
Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5

Also, some devices report the wrong Safe Area. Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G in the Simulator prints (1440x2927) or (2927x1440) but in the player (1080x2167) or (2167x1080)
