Realtime and mixed lights fail to render when using Deferred/Deferred+ with baked Shadowmasks
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the Lighting window (Window > Rendering > Lighting)
3. Make sure that Baked Global Illumination" is enabled and "Lighting Mode" is set to "Shadowmask" under the Mixed Lighting in the Lighting tab
4. Select the “Assets/Settings/PC_Renderer.asset” asset
5. Change "Rendering Path" to "Deferred" or "Deferred+"
6. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: All three lights are visible
Actual result: Only the blue light is visible
Reproducible with: 6000.2.0b1, 6000.2.0b11
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.55f1, 6000.2.0a10, 6000.3.0a4
Fixed in: 6000.2.0b12

Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
