Real delta time is different than deltaTime and uscaledDeltaTimeFixed when using multiple monitors with different refresh frequencies set in Windows options
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open Build Profiles (File > Build Profiles)
3. Build and run the “Scenes/SampleScene“ Scene
4. In Player, observe the first 3 lines
Expected result: All three lines show a similar delta time
Actual result: Delta times has a huge difference
Reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1

Play Mode
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
