[Android] The y-value of Input.mouseScrollDelta is positive when scrolling in both directions in the Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-133496“ project
2. Build and Run the Android Player
3. Connect a USB or Bluetooth mouse to the Android device
4. Hover the mouse over the ScrollView and use the mouse wheel to scroll through its content
5. Observe the Player
Actual: ScrollView only scrolls up
Expected: ScrollView content scrolls in the direction of the mouse scroll wheel
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a3, 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b6, 6000.5.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.71f1, 2023.1.0b1
Testing environment: macOS 26.2
Reproducible with these devices:
