[Performance] ReadByte() from HttpWebRequest is extremely slow
1. Open user attached project
2. Launch Unity Remote scene.
3. Play scene
4. Pay attention to log output.
Notice that Unity receives only 1 frame/picture in 10 seconds. When user was running project outside of Unity with Windows Form it was achieving 20 frames per second on local network. (WINForm project also attached)
Note: it seems like using Read(imagebuffer, 0, BufferSize) fixes the problem.

The issue will be addressed as part of Mono Runtime upgrade effort.
