[Quest 2] When using Scenes with Oculus layers and building for Android with OpenGLES3, a dimming mask appears on the edges of layers

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "TestScenesXRSDK.zip"
2. Open "UnderlayCubemap.unity" Scene
3. Make sure OpenGLES3 is selected as the Graphics API
4. Build to a Quest 2 device

Expected results: When using Scenes with Oculus layers and building for Android with OpenGLES3, a dimming mask does not appear on the edges of layers
Actual Results: When using Scenes with Oculus layers and building for Android with OpenGLES3, a dimming mask appears on the edges of layers (See attached Repro.png)

Reproducible in: 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.19f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a12, 2023.2.0a14
Not reproducible on: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.18f1, 2023.1.0b15, 2023.2.0a11

Reproducible on these devices:
VLNQA00415 - Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650, OS: 10

Notes:
-Reproducible on both OculusXR and OpenXR plugins
-Images are attached showing the issue ("Repro.png") and ("NoRepro.png")
-Reproducible only on OpenGLES 3
