[PS5] DualSense controller low rumble not triggering when value of SetMotorSpeeds is set
How to reproduce:
1. With a PlayStation 5 controller connected open the attached project “FishSchools.zip”
2. Select the “PlayStationControl” GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Enter Play Mode
3. On the attached “PlayStationRumble” script component increase the High slider (notice the rumble)
4. On the attached “PlayStationRumble” script component increase the Low slider
Expected result: Low rumble triggers
Actual result: No rumble triggers
Reproducible with: 1.4.1 (2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.10f1, 2022.2.0b7, 2023.1.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 1.4.2 (2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a16), 1.4.4 (2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a18)
